The heart of the transcenDANCE programs! Youth ages 9-18 years explore dance and the performing arts through rigorous dance training and immersion in a social change and social emotional learning curriculum.

CREATE Program Highlights

CREATE runs nine months each year, from September through May.

CREATE culminates in an annual spring performance on a professional San Diego stage.

CREATE camps provide similar programming on a smaller scale during the summer months.

CREATE students work with our professional teaching artists, all local experts in their fields of dance and performance.

CREATE students have access to holistic wrap-around services, including:

Mental health and wellness support, provided by our licensed staff therapists

Mentorship

College readiness and college application support
